Earth Medicine & Ceremony
The natural world as our ally within the circle where all is sacred
Thank you for being here, for showing interest in my offerings and for following the call of your Self to come to full expression in this life.
The Great Mother, our Mother Earth, the most generous mother of all. Nature holds all of us. She feeds and nourishes all of life. She provides us shelter wherever we go and she is our home. We are a part of Her; we are Nature.
In life and work I am continuously inspired by observing Nature and by living in right relation to all that surrounds us. Taking care of her as she takes care of me. Her birds sing to me, I sing to her waters. I pray to her mountains as I drink her rain. Once we realise that we are in constant communication and co-creation with all surround us, we learn to be in deep gratitude and to deeply listen. Because the plants, the waters, the animals...they speak.
We just need to make space to listen.
Intention. Reverence. Respect. Humility. Recognising the sanctity of this work and the sacredness of our teachers, human, animal or plant. I create a space for ritual, for intentional work and ceremony. Fully present. This is my offering. An invitation to slow down, to go inwards, to feel and to be present.
My ceremonial work consists of holding you with my presence, supported by with different earth allies. The Earthen friends range from gentle, soft and subtle, to those that help open up expanded states of consciousness.
Below you will find my ceremonial offerings. Whatever you are moving through, the earth is here to support your journey. In your call to work with me, I encourage you to listen to your intuition for choosing the which modality could serve you best.
Guided Microdosing
Microdosing simply means consuming a sub-perceptual amount of a psychedelic substance. The dosage is so low that psychedelic effects are unnoticeable and one should be perfectly able to go about their day. Throughout time people have used psychedelic substances as a way to connect to the Earth, to Self and to the Divine. Microdosing incorporates the use of a powerful plant ally into your daily routine to help connect to your creative flow state, improve energy, mental health, and help us feel more connected to all that is. Psychedelics amplify the energy and emotions that are already present within us, which is why it so important to have a clear set and setting for your microdosing practice.
I offer my support to help you get started on your microdosing journey, to deepen the journey and to assist with integration.
When deciding to work with me for your microdosing protocol you will receive the following:
- Preparatory info package on microdosing (PDF)
- Package of microdosing chocolates (good for at least 1 month of microdosing)
- 45 min opening call to set the space for your journey, get clear on your intentions and give practical advice for your microdosing sessions
- One 10-15min drop in call when you have questions or need guidance along the way.
- 45 min closing call, finishing your cycle of microdosing and reflecting together on the journey. Advice for integration.
Pricing
The investment is €195, including a package of chocolates with a value of €65.
If wanted or needed additional coaching calls/whatsapp support can be provided during your journey for an additional fee of €75 per hour.
Rapé Ritual
Rapé, Hapé or Rume is a traditional snuff used by many tribes living in the Amazon rainforest. It is a pulverized medicine made of tobacco leaves and the ashes of different other medicinal trees or plants. Rapé is known to purify and bring physical and spiritual balance. The rapé I work with comes from the Yawanawa and Nukini Tribes in the jungles of Brazil. For both tribes it is their most sacred medicine, and as my teacher Waxy Yawanawa taught me: a relationship with rapé is to be built gently.
Perhaps you have experienced rapé before and that experience left you not so eager to try again. It saddens me to see many women relate to rapé in this way as their initial experience was too much, too strong all at once. I stand firmly in creating a space to help you build (or rebuild) a right relation with this medicine. I too had a first experience like that and my prayer is that we understand and deeply respect the power of this incredible plant ally.
A warm ceremonial space is set for the ritual and we will work together to come to a clear intention for you and this medicine for this session (and beyond).
I will guide the journey inwards with prayers, songs and music.
We take some time to chat about integrating the experience as well.
The ritual will last 1,5- 2 hours and is held in my home temple in Amsterdam Noord.

note: it is possible to include somatic work in the session, if we feel upfront this would suit your process. An additional exchange of €30 is asked for this.
Cacao & Sound Journey
With her warm, motherly spirit Cacao is often experienced as very gentle, loving and kind. By drinking this sacred medicine, we invite her spirit into our bodies to partner with us.
Cacao invites us to slow down, to breathe and to take time to be with our inner world. To be present with our hearts. Her earthy, grounding presence reconnects us to our ancient roots, helping us to see ourselves, others and the world arounds us through the eyes of Love.
The beauty of mama Cacao is that she will never push you beyond your limits. She can shine a light on the path, but you will need to walk it yourself. She simply walks with you as far and as deep as you are desiring and ready to go.
This ceremony focuses on all that longs to be set free in our hearts. Emotions that might be blocking our full expression, movements that we have kept inside of our bodies. By moving these we create space for that which truly longs to shine. Mama Cacao connects us to our loving essence and creative flow.
Through our open hearts she provides a gateway
for a homecoming into the love that we are.
We carve out time to set an intention for your journey and to land into our bodies. Once the journey startes sounds of various instruments as well as my voice will guide the ceremony, allowing you to move into a state of deep relaxation and surrender. You don't need to do anything but be and experience what arises as we explore the realms of the temple of our heart.
The inclusion of Cacao in this ceremony is always optional. Feel free to book a Sound Journey without the presence of plants. Sound itself has the power to vibrate through different layers of the physical and emotional body, helpind us to open up and release. Even without the support of a plant ally the sounds and frequencies create a transformative space all by themselves.

The ceremony will last around 2 hours and is held in my home temple in Amsterdam Noord.
note: it is possible to include a microdose of psilocybin in this session at no extra cost. Cacao and the Holy Children work amazingly well together and have been combined throughout history by the tribes their use is native to. It could be a gentle and safe way to get acquainted to this type of plant medicine for those interested.
Private psilocybin ceremony
Next to guided microdosing I also offer a space for you to travel deep with the medicine of psilocybin. These journeys are a full ceremony of around 5-6 hours and require an intake beforehand to determine whether or not this work is suitable for you.
The space I hold is firm but fertile. Guided by live music and prayers, a space of love is set for you to travel inward.
No journey inward is the same as another and both blissful as well as difficult experiences can arise. With gentle guidance and a trauma informed background in this field I will guide you on your path.
During the session we might work with other medicines such as tobacco or rapé, depending on what the space and process asks for.
After the session I will provide you with some tips and tools to help you bring this work home. For that is often where the true ceremony starts. Integrating our experiences is key when working on these deep layers.
If you desire deeper integration support this is offered at an additonal fee.
